Belgium is taking a different approach.
But the no less spectacular facade is made entirely of wood.
The "Green Arch" was designed and implemented by the architects Assar / Vincent Callebaut and is somewhat similar to the French Pavilion at EXPO 2015 in Milan.
"The Green Arch" can be found in the mobility district of Expo 2020, showcasing the emergence of connected green cities through Belgium's scientific, industrial and technological innovations. The goal is to present visions for the year 2050 through creative innovations for smart and green mobility.
